A value-added product such as jams, jellies, salsas, and many other products are one way to add revenue while capturing produce you don’t sell or that’s not quite pretty enough for market. In this webinar, Sue Beckwith from Texas Center for Local Food will walk through what you need to think about in developing a profitable value-added product. Based on the Beyond Fresh project, Sue will share tips, exercises, and worksheets that will help you develop your own successful value-added enterprise.

Who should attend: Anyone interested in making products using locally grown foods, but but the session will be particularly aimed at growers.
