This interactive, non-recorded workshop is the 2nd in a series of work sessions designed to help you create a written plan to start or expand your farm business. Discussions include core concepts of planning a farm business, marketing strategies and basic financial projections along with online resources to support your business plan. Writing a business plan can feel very daunting, but our work sessions are designed to share that burden and get to know your fellow farmers.

Facilitator will be Susie Marshall who has been supporting farmers with the business side of farming for more than 5 years and managing a nonprofit for 14 years.
