Owenwood Farm & Neighbor Space
1451 John West Rd, Dallas 75228

Join us to learn if Giving Grove community orchards are a good fit for you. If you have interest in growing perennial fruits, nuts, berries and herbs at your existing community garden, community of faith, school or other property where produce can be shared with your community, we hope you will join us and learn more. We will give an overview of the program, introduce our staff, our first site partner, site partners that are preparing for fall planting and give tours of the Giving Grove demonstration orchard at Owenwood Farm.

In November 2021, GROW North Texas became the Dallas Metro Area affiliate for the National Giving Grove organization based in Kansas City, MO. The Giving Grove’s mission is to provide healthy calories, strengthen community, and improve the urban environment through a nationwide network of sustainable little orchards.

Sponsored by the Urban Agriculture Action Team of the Dallas Coalition for Hunger Solutions and GROW North Texas.
