Poultry can be a primary or supplementary part of your farm operation. Join us and learn small scale and backyard poultry egg and meat production including raising, feeding, and harvesting at Mills Family Farm in Point, TX. Participants will also learn the added benefits that poultry can provide to soil health and the improvement of plant condition through increased soil fertility. After class, participants will have the opportunity to learn how to process.
