Join us on August 20th to learn theory and operation related to the overall function of engines found in common farm and lawn equipment. This is a lecture style session and the first in a series on small engine repair. This introduction to small engines class will be to bring the home owner to a minimum performance with knowledge of the function and maintenance of the systems and components of all types of small engines such as outdoor power equipment, generators, and irrigation engines as well as properly servicing a small engines ignition system. Meet the instructor, Robert (Bobby ) Amaro: Bobby is a Dallas college graduate and owner of Iron Butt Motorsports located in Red Oak, TX. He has been in business for 5 years yet he has worked on motorcycle, powersport, and small engine equipment for more than 10 years. He has certifications from Briggs and Stratton, Kubota and Indian motorcycle along with several other certifications in the autobody field and a heating and Air condition certification. He is an Army veteran with 30 years of service. The class will be in an upstairs classroom at Owenwood Neighbor Space, 1451 John West Rd, Dallas. Park behind the building, walk up the wooden ramp, and enter through the double doors. Walk straight down the hallway, past the bathrooms. Take the staircase on the right, right before the sanctuary entrance. Once upstairs, go down the hall, and enter the last classroom on the left.
