Do you have a broken piece of equipment with a small engine and want to repair it? Join this hands-on class! Four students will bring everything needed to fix their small engine, including the tools and parts. They will fix their own piece of equipment with the supervision of the instructor. Additional attendees can observe and learn from the repairs. Once all the pieces are running, we will learn about the proper storing procedures as they apply to the repaired equipment. To qualify for one of the four spots, email Bobby Amaro at: txmavs@yahoo.com the following information by October 31st: - the make, model, and serial number of your equipment - a description of what is wrong with the machine and how it broke If more than 4 people request to bring a broken engine, all others will be notified when the slots are full. The class will be held in and around the metal workshop building at Owenwood Neighbor Space, 1451 John West Rd, Dallas. Park on the backside of the main building in the northwest corner. The metal building is visible from there. Wear closed-toe shoes and clothes you don't mind getting dirty. Bring a water bottle. A water fountain and bathrooms are available inside the main building.
