Join us on the farm to help tend crops, pull weeds, and many other farm tasks. Your time and energy supports the work of Owenwood Farm in growing food for the community. Volunteers also get the benefit of learning more about how seasonal fruits and veggies grow, what it means to use organic and regenerative practices, and more about GROW North Texas' work in the world. 

Since our workday lands on Valentine’s Day, we’re adding a little extra sweetness! When you register to volunteer, you’ll have the option to purchase a discounted ticket to our Valentine’s Tea from 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Sip tea and enjoy biscuits featuring herbal blends from MOM’s Tea Co. and jams from Slammin Jammin Jams (two fantastic local producers). You’ll also take home potted seeds or seedlings to grow the very same herbs used in the featured tea blend. A perfect way to share the love with your community and your garden!

Please wear weather-appropriate clothing that you can get dirty, closed-toe shoes, and bring a water bottle (preferably reusable).
