Have you ever considered making sourdough bread but found the process intimidating? From maintaining a starter to sourcing special ingredients and mastering kneading techniques, it can feel like a lot to take on. This class focuses on making sourdough easy and accessible.

Join us for a demonstration covering every step of making sandwich-style sourdough. We will discuss the necessary tools and ingredients, walk through each major stage of the process, and provide samples of the finished product.

The session will be presented by Dallas County Master Gardener, Glen McGee.

No prior experience needed - just bring your curiosity and an open mind. You’ll leave confident, inspired, and ready to start your first batch at home!
