Reduce food waste by using fruit scraps to  make  a wide variety  of vinegars guided by your own creativity  and imagination!

Join a fun and knowledgeable group of Dallas County Master Gardeners as they demonstrate  and explain, with step by step instructions, how to make your own shelf stable fruit vinegar.

It’s  a very simple process  using tools you may have at home.
Vinegars are versatile and can be used on salads,  as a marinade, and in a variety of recipes. Fresh, homemade vinegar has great health benefits and is easy to make.

The class includes a vinegar tasting and an informative handout.

No prior experience needed - just bring your curiosity and an open mind. You’ll leave confident, inspired, and ready to start your first batch at home!
