Join a fun and knowledgeable group of Dallas County Master Gardeners as they demonstrate and explain, with step by step instructions, how to make your own shelf stable fruit vinegar. It’s a very simple process using tools you may have at home. Vinegars are versatile and can be used on salads, as a marinade, and in a variety of recipes. Fresh, homemade vinegar has great health benefits and is easy to make.
The class includes a vinegar tasting and an informative handout.
No prior experience needed - just bring your curiosity and an open mind. You’ll leave confident, inspired, and ready to start your first batch at home!
